Overview

A full digital overhaul for a growing SaaS company — moving from a slow, dated WordPress site to a performance-first Next.js platform with a redesigned CMS.

A product that had outgrown its website.

Flowbase had grown fast. Their product was excellent, their team was sharp — but their website told a different story. Slow load times, a confusing information hierarchy, and a visual identity that hadn't kept pace with the brand's ambition were costing them conversions every day.

They came to us with a clear goal: rebuild from the ground up. Not a reskin — a complete rethink of how the site communicated the product's value, reduced friction for new visitors, and gave their team the tools to publish content without depending on developers.

We started with a two-week discovery phase — auditing analytics, running user interviews, and mapping the existing content architecture. What we found was a site built for a company they used to be, not the one they'd become.

The challenge

Rebuilding a live marketing site for an active SaaS product — without disrupting SEO rankings or the existing customer base.

Rebuilding in public, without breaking what worked.

The biggest challenge wasn't design — it was migration. Flowbase's existing blog had built up significant organic search equity over four years. Any rebuild that tanked those rankings would erase real revenue.

We worked closely with their SEO team to audit every URL, map redirects, and implement a phased rollout strategy that let us launch new sections while preserving existing indexed pages. The result: zero SEO regression at launch, and a 22% lift in organic traffic within 90 days.

Week 01–02
Discovery & audit
Analytics deep-dive, user interviews, content audit, SEO mapping, and competitive analysis. We leave nothing to assumption.

Design & prototype
Wireframes, visual design in Figma, interactive prototype reviewed with stakeholders. One round of revisions, then sign-off.
