Pulse Labs had great products and a growing customer base — but virtually no social media presence. Their LinkedIn sat dormant while competitors were publishing daily. They were invisible in conversations where their buyers were actively engaged.

We built a content strategy grounded in their team's genuine expertise — thought leadership from the founders, behind-the-scenes product development, and customer stories. Within six months, LinkedIn had become their third-largest lead source.

The challenge

Building a consistent, authentic B2B content presence for a technical founding team who had never prioritised social media.

Making technical experts comfortable being visible.

The founders were brilliant at building product — not at writing LinkedIn posts. Getting authentic content out of busy engineers and scientists required a process that made it easy for them to contribute without spending hours on social.

We solved this with a lightweight interview-to-content workflow: a 20-minute weekly conversation with a team member, turned into three pieces of content. High-quality, genuinely their voice, minimal time investment.
